How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 25 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition and unused
- In the original packaging
If the product has been used we will not be able to issue a full refund.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
We allow exchanges of the same product within 25 days of the original purchase date. No substitutes allowed.
Please choose "Exchange" and add what you want to exchange for in the Note Field on Step 3.
Exchanges may incur an additional shipping fee. You must ship back the original order and we will issue an exchange order. Return shipping of your current product is not covered.
Are there any charges for return?
- We've removed restocking fees so there are no additional charges for returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We do not provide a return label. You are responsible for the charges of return shipping
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed once the product has been received. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
