First off communicating with Ji is so simple and effortless, his #1 priority is customer service and it shows. Quick responses to my questions really helped me out. His videos helped out alot during the chrome delete process but I was amazed at the quality and perfect fit of this product. By taking my time my results were amazing. I have friends with Model 3’s who ordered this product and asked me to help install it. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommended!!!
The window trims were fairly easy to install, however without a heat gun to stretch the rear corner on the back windows it’s tough and they tend to pup up getting debris underneath. The mirror is tedious pain in the butt, however the complexity of the shape hides a lot of the mistakes that you’ll make so it’s forgiving. The whole process with pre cut pieces and corresponding videos makes the experience very good. Plus they always give you double the product which is great customer service!
