My order of those Tesla central wraps arrived completely damaged, with folds, dents, scratches and other wrinkles that will stay permanently on those stickers, even after being applied. So, I decided to don't install them. The condition of those items and the packaging/shipping experience I received doesn't at all match the $42 paid in my opinion. I had much better experience ordering from Aliexpress, with packages coming from China, for a fraction of what I paid for this order at Tesbros.
So, here I am now with my expensive damaged stickers which I can't still install, writing this review while not being a really happy customer at all. Oh and the cherry on the top of the cake was that, when I wrote an email to Tesbros support to ask for a solution to this issue, I got sent back an automated scripted message that literally said "if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it". Nice customer service right there, isn't it ?!!
Well, in such case that's what I am going to do, and never ever buy from this company again. And if you're smart, you should do the same too!
Oh and my return request just have been accepted by Tesbros. But guess what?... The return shipping is from my pocket, because they don't want to cover it. They did the wrongdoing, but I have to pay for their mistake now. Go figure. And now they are asking me to write a review about my experience. Well, you asked for it!
