Yes, this kit was designed with beginners in mind! If this is your first PPF install, watch this video to see how it's done before you purchase!

Do I need prior experience with PPF?

Nope! We designed this kit for the average Joe. We include everything you need to learn as you go.

What’s the difference between your kit and other PPF kits?

We include in-depth courses that walk you through the installation process. Other kits require prior PPF knowledge, while ours is completely beginner-friendly.

Do I have to disassemble parts of the car to apply the wrap?

Not at all! Our kit was carefully designed to fit without removing anything or having to use a knife on the car.

What’s the return policy on this kit?

All kits are final sale. Since it's not good for the roll to stay on the shelf, we cut to order. Unless there was a special case, your kit would not be returnable so please review the intro courses to see if this is a good fit for you.

How long does PPF last?

We use Avery Supreme Defense PPF that is rated for 10 years of durability. The film will not yellow or crack over time.

How long does it take to install?

This can depend on the person, but we estimate it will take 12-18 hours if installed alone.

Can I put ceramic coating over PPF?

Absolutely. There are many ceramic coatings that are specifically for PPF which will make the car even easier to keep clean!

Can I install PPF over ceramic coating?

Unfortunately, PPF will not adhere to ceramic coating. We do not recommend installing if you already have a ceramic coat.

PPF Front Protection
I spent a couple of days last week adding PPF to my hood, fender, bumper, front lights, and side mirrors. I have never worked with PPF prior to this experience and I was very happy with the end result. The Tesbros videos were extremely helpful. The bumper was a bit of a task and I encourage others doing this to utilize a second set of hands for this area. I added the other areas by myself and the overall task was not bad at all. After completing the front PPF, I will for sure add PPF to my next Tesla.

This PPF kit rocks!
Bought the full front kit for my Model Y Juniper. Never done it before but videos seems doable. Skipped the test kit and jumped right into it. Did the hood first and while it was big and bulky, it was pretty straight forward since it was flat. Next was the bumper. I think the bumper is the most difficult because of the curves, multiple points to tack down and some good amount of stretching required. I don't anticipate the fenders, mirrors, and lights to be hard but that will be done at a later time. Overall, the kit is very good: comes with everything you need (except distilled water), detailed video tutorials, good templates, etc. If this last for 10 years as advertised, I'll be a happy camper. One major benefit is now I have some good microfiber towels to clean the car. As a first timer, I was a bit nervous jumping into this but it turned out better than expected.

Another great PPF package
Have used TESBROS PPF packages on past models, this one was spot on as well. Don’t forget the how-to videos on YT, he’ll show you all the tips/tricks with this specific application. A little bit of price premium is totally worth it with the videos, customer support for replacement panels, and quality of the laser cut and film itself. I think front wrap is enough, not sure I’d ever both with the rear besides the rockers.

This was our first attempt ever at installing ppf. The videos gave us confidence and I would give it a solid b plus for execution. Everything came out perfectly cut and the quality seems great. Easy to clean the bugs off the front

Not bad for an old man!
I was very hesitant in buying this kit because of my inability to stand for long periods of time (73 years old with too many issues to list). I watched the instructional videos over and over again and set up a TV in my garage to play the videos while I was installing. Granted, it is a big undertaking; however, I believe the key is to not hurry and use lots of slip solution. Also, I did this over multiple days and it all worked out great. Destiny at Tesbros was very friendly and anxious to help. While I have a few small bubbles here and there, I am confident they'll evaporate over the next few weeks.
Finally, this exact same installation at the shop the Tesla Dealer recommended would have been $2,300 - oops, they charge an extra $100 to do the mirrors so it actually would have been $2,400 plus.
If there were 10 stars to give, I would have done that.
