I am very disappointed with both the product I received and the customer service provided. The carbon fiber spoiler I received has a noticeable white mark beneath the clear coat, which is clearly visible even from a distance. I contacted customer service multiple times—sending three separate emails with photos and videos of the defect—and have been waiting for over a week without any response. This lack of communication and quality control is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this website.
