Because that’s the thing, the filter replacement will help but the root cause of the smell is in the evaporator. Our kit comes with all the tools needed to clean your evaporator and clean your filter. That way you can go 0-60 in your Tesla without smelling like dirty socks.

With a HEPA filter, it’s recommended to replace it every 1-2 years. If you experience a dirty sock smell, that’s when you should replace it.
Easily installed save me money having installed this product on my own. Nice quality, fast delivery and love the online installation video. I highly recommend this product.
Really glad I did it myself. DIY costs less than half of service and you have the chance to clean the coils as well. Love Tesla service but this is a job you can do at home. Quality product, got here quickly and fit was great. Would appreciate better photos in instructions.
Overall, I found it rather easy to use the kit from Tesbros. Not wanting to spend what Tesla charges, I thought I would do it myself. Instructions were easy to understand, the cleaner was simple to use and apply, and the filters were a breeze to replace. The car should be stink free for another 2 years.
I just did the cabin air filter replacement and cleaning today using the Tesbros kit. Went quite well thanks to your installation video. The trim removal tool that I got (I purchased the kit a few months ago) didn't have the "teeth" for pulling the clips underneath the dash but I had enough fingernails to get them out easily. This definitely is a twister of an installation. See photo of my old filters blow - yuck! I couldn't get a good enough view in there to figure out and remove the wiring from the filter cover but luckily I had enough slack there to get the old filters out and replaced. For my screw removal on the filter cover, I used a ratchet wrench with a 3 inch extender and a Torx T-20 tip. This worked great and once the screw was loosened, I could just use the extension by hand to finish removing the screw. Worked well in reverse as well. I also had the situation as another reviewer - cleaner blasting out because I had the fan on in the car. Reminder - turn off the fan before spraying the cleaner inside the system! It was one of those humorous "Whoa!" moments when I realized what was happening. Thanks for your kit with great instructions - another winner for Tesbros.
