Most customers install this kit themselves. Some experience with vinyl wrap installation is helpful, but not necessary.
Installation time: .5 hours
Recommended Temperature: 65°F – 75°F
Tools needed: heat gun / hairdryer recommended but not required.

What is required to complete the installation? Is it possible to do it on my own?
Certainly! Inside the package, you will find all the necessary components, such as the S3XY Buttons, Controller, wire harness, and trim removal tool. To learn the installation process, visit the installation tab where you'll find straightforward instructions.
Is it possible to relocate the Buttons?
Yes, the Buttons have a CR2032 cell battery, which is the same type used in your Tesla keyfob (if you have one). With average use, it should last approximately a year and a half. When the battery needs replacement, you can easily separate the two pieces of the Button.
Does the Buttons require a battery?
Absolutely! The Buttons are designed with a nano-suction pad, which allows for easy repositioning without the need for foam adhesive. However, it's important to ensure that the surface is clean before moving them. If you find that the Buttons are no longer sticking well, you can use an alcohol wipe or a damp, lint-free cloth to clean the pad.

The installation isn’t bad at all - just take your time and a blow dryer helps. The wrap still leaves plenty of space to see the front lights on the charger. The Tesla wording installs as a last step and makes it look finished. Highly recommend.

I can’t remember what the name of the print I got was but it looks great and looks just like in the picture. It definitely protects it from scratches that the cable might do. Came with 2 vinyl covers and a card like tool to push the bubbles out also wipes. Only reason I gave it a 4 Star is because it was a bit hard to install because of that Led light the charger has it makes it difficult to line up and install. It’s vinyl so it’s flimsy. I couldn’t install perfectly, I left some wrinkles on my wrap but only noticeable from very close up.
